Vista real estate Special Promotional Property Management fee
- 1 week rent fee + GST (Upon finding new tenant) includes, advertising, internet, sign board, first inspection, ingoing inspection report
- Residential tenancy agreement preparation and lease signing fee $33 (inclusive of GST)
- Monthly statement charge $3.30 per month (inclusive of GST) normally $5.50 per month. To cover stamps, statement, general admin, cheques fee and printing cost.
- Rent collection fee 3.5% + GST (normally 5.5% inclusive of GST)
Management fee inclusive of; rent collection, 6 monthly periodic inspection report, serving termination notices, rental arrears, application to tribunal hearing, calculation of rates and water charges, payment of outgoings, arranging repairs, processing of insurance claims.
